(1880-1936) Historian, librarian, editor and publicist, independence activist. Co-editor of Straza nad Odrą (1904) and Goniec Mazurski in Ostróda, editor of Mazur in Szczytno (1906-1907), manager of the Library of the Polish National Museum in Rapperswil (Switzerland). In 1919-1920, secretary general of the Masurian Plebiscite Committee in Warsaw and Olsztyn, librarian of the Central Military Library (since 1927). Activist of the Maritime and Colonial League.
